Technical information
A motion sensor light or passive infrared light detects movement and body heat. This causes the light to trigger.
An external light should not exceed 100 lamp-Watts and it should be automatically controlled to switch off when there is no need, therefore saving electricity.

Hints and Tips
For PIR lighting, make sure you angle the light in the correct position, so that passers-by don’t trigger them off.
Don’t put the light near your boiler’s flue as this can also set them off.
