SBS/WPR picked up Gold at the Midlands CIPR awards in the "Corporate and Business Communications Campaign".

That's the second Gold PR award for WPR/SBS so far this Autumn, following our success at the 2013 Fresh awards in October.

This is what the judges said: "Repositioning the traditional role of the builder's merchant at a time that the construction industry and particularly housing is going through a difficult period required first class execution. Willoughby PR achieved this with good results for Travis Perkins Group's Sustainable Building Solutions, from a relatively modest budget for a task of this scale. The pre- and post-campaign research shows a remarkable increase in awareness created through the targeted technical articles, exhibition support, and group and staff newsletters".
